Corporate FAQ

Practical answers before you enquire

How far in advance should a corporate order be placed?

Two weeks is ideal. Some projects may be possible with one week’s notice. Rush orders are considered only when capacity allows and normally carry an additional charge.

What is the minimum branded cupcake order?

The minimum is 24 branded cupcakes. Different flavours may be combined within a larger batch, subject to the agreed quantities.

Can you work with brand guidelines and exact colours?

Yes. We work from logos, brand references and colour codes and aim for a close visual match. Small variations are normal when colours are reproduced with edible ink, icing or food-safe decorative materials.

Do you provide delivery and event setup?

Yes. Timed delivery, venue delivery, dessert-table setup and later collection of agreed display items may be included in the quotation. Venue access and parking requirements should be shared in advance.

Can you provide vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free options?

Vegan recipes and recipes made without dairy or gluten-containing ingredients may be available. All products are prepared in a shared kitchen handling gluten, milk, eggs, nuts and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee absence of traces or suitability for severe allergies or coeliac disease.

Can you provide an invoice and accept company payment?

Yes. Official invoices are available. Payment can be made by bank transfer or, when arranged in advance, through an online card-payment link. A 50% deposit normally secures the date; urgent orders require full payment.

Can each item be individually packaged or labelled?

Yes. Single boxes, personalised stickers, cards, recipient labels and grouped boxes of 6, 12 or 24 can be discussed as part of the brief.

How do creative collaborations work?

Selected launches, premieres, cultural events and major brand moments may be considered on bespoke commercial or mutual-value terms. Selection depends on creative fit, timing, audience and a clear benefit to both businesses.
