Where can I collect my order?
Our bakery is located in Brampton, Huntingdon, about a 30-minute drive from Cambridge. The exact address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Is delivery available?
Yes, we offer delivery to Huntingdon, Cambridge, Peterborough, and nearby towns and villages. For some orders, we may be able to arrange delivery to London as well.
Is delivery free?
We offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius of Huntingdon. For locations beyond that, delivery charges will be calculated specifically for your order.
Is weekend or early morning/late evening delivery available?
Yes, we can accommodate deliveries on weekends or at specific times, but this should be arranged when placing your order, as there may be certain limitations.
Can I request custom decorations or personalized text on my order?
Absolutely! We’re happy to customize your cake or cupcakes with decorations, names, and more. Once you submit the order form, we’ll discuss the specifics with you.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, in some cases, a deposit of 50% of the order value is required. Please refer to our refund/cancellation policy for more details.
Can I get my deposit back if I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as you cancel at least 10 days before the scheduled delivery date. More details are available in our refund/cancellation policy.
What is the preferred way to contact you?
Email is our preferred method of communication, as it is secure and keeps all details in one place for easy reference.
What happens after I submit my cake order form?
Once you submit your order form, we’ll reach out to you within 1-2 business days. Due to high demand, we may not be able to fulfill every request. If your order can proceed, you’ll receive a detailed quote by email. After you approve the quote, an invoice will be sent, and payment will be required within 48 hours to confirm the order. Please check your spam folder in case our email goes there!
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders 2-3 weeks in advance. For urgent orders, we do offer an expedited service with an additional charge. Please specify any urgent needs in the order form.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you can make changes to your order after it has been fully agreed upon, but this must be done at least 10 days before your scheduled delivery date. If you need to make changes after this deadline, additional charges may apply.
How should I store my cake after receiving it?
To keep your cake fresh, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0°C and 5°C (32°F to 41°F). Our cakes are made without preservatives, so they are best enjoyed within 3-5 days after delivery.

We accept cash or bank transfer as payment methods for your orders.
