From idea to slice — here’s the journey your cake takes. Most orders need 7–14 days; rush is possible by arrangement.

Day 0–1 enquiry → Day 1–3 confirmation & deposit → Day 2–10 prep/bake → Day 7–14 delivery/collection

Pick a design from our portfolio or send inspiration. Tell us size, flavours, colours and any message.

We confirm the price and available slot. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required for all orders.

Pay by cash, bank transfer or an online card link we provide.

Ingredients prepped, sponges baked and decorated to your brief. We’ll share a quick update if needed.

Hand‑delivery within our area or collect 10:00–20:00. See Delivery for details.

Most designs: 7–14 days. Larger/custom pieces may need longer. Rush orders are possible if our schedule allows.

We work allergen‑aware, but our kitchen handles common allergens. Read our Allergens page.
